LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS will invoice the Client/Proxy the amount for services rendered and includes monies payable with regard to the Client/Proxy defaults to authorities.

Negotiated discounts on current Client/Proxy liable offences and warrants will be quote immediately after negotiation, with authorities. The Client/Proxy will have to facilitate payment within 7 days to avoid further actions from legal authorities, and to retain the advantage of the negotiation.

Admission of guilt payments regarding traffic offences will be paid to LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS before LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS shall transfer admission of guilt fees to the applicable authorities. This is due to stipulations contained in the Criminal Procedures Act.

LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS can be prosecuted in accordance with the act should LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS do any admission of guilt payments on behalf of the Client/Proxy or their employees. Receiving admission of guilt payments prior to such admission of guilt is paid by LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS will safeguard LEGAL ASSIGNMENTS from contravention of the stipulations of the Criminal Procedures Act.
